These terms apply when you buy from heartswill.com (the "store"). The seller is AnandBodh Foundation, [registered address], GSTIN [GSTIN] ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who sells to you

Every product on this store is sold by AnandBodh Foundation. Heartswill is the name of the store and of the platform that records where contributions go. Country of origin for each product is shown on its page. [Wish Pendant: country of origin]

2. Choosing your price

Some products let you choose what you pay at or above a minimum price. The product page shows three parts of every price:

• Cost: what the product costs us to make, pack and sell, including payment fees [and GST on cost, as confirmed by the CA].
• Contribution: the amount you pay above the cost, in whole rupees.
• Hearts: one heart for every ₹50 of contribution, rounded down.

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.

3. Hearts and contributions

Hearts are a measure of what you contributed. Hearts cannot be redeemed, transferred, exchanged or used as payment, and they have no cash value.

When your payment is confirmed we pledge your contribution to the cause you chose through the Heartswill platform. AnandBodh Foundation uses pledged contributions to buy the items the cause provides and records each distribution. Your order page shows the status of your pledge.

[CA to confirm] Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, your purchase is a purchase of goods. It is not a donation, and no tax-exemption receipt (such as under section 80G of the Income-tax Act) is issued for it.

4. Discounts and gift cards

Except where a code's own terms say otherwise, discount codes apply only to the part of a price above its minimum. A discount never reduces a product below its minimum price, so every product still carries its hearts. Gift cards are a way to pay and do not change your contribution.

5. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong or we suspect fraud.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

See our returns and refunds policy. If an order is refunded or cancelled before its pledge is settled, the pledge is withdrawn. Once a pledge has been settled (the items have been bought or distributed) it cannot be withdrawn. Your refund is still paid in full by us in that case.

7. Delivery

8. Liability

Except where the law does not allow it, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city] have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
